An Interview with Anderson

Anderson is very conversational these days, and he's really into asking and answering questions (over and over, again.). His FAQ:

"How are you?"  (Although after hanging out with Uncle Kyle all day, he started saying, "What's goin on?")

"Which one's bigger...  A ____ or a ___?"

"What's your favorite..."

       *color

       *animal

       * instrument

       * song

And sometimes his "what's your favorite?" questions are a little off...

      "What's your favorite lemon?" 

       "What's your favorite animal-number?"  This one stumped all of us- except my dad, who came up with "canine" and "toucan".  Well played. ;)

So this morning during breakfast I interviewed Mr. Anderson Ives, and here's what we said:

M- What's your favorite ball game (his term)?

A-  basketball and football

M- What's your favorite song?

A- Hush little (yittle) baby.  (Great-grandma can attest to this!)

M- What's your favorite color?

A- yellow...  And blue and orange and red and turquoise and white and black.

M- all of those are your favorites?

A- and purple and brown.

M- What's your favorite animal?

A- cow

M- What's your favorite food?

A- water (not true.) macaroni (true.)
